How It Works:

1. Order Your Demo Racket:

   • Select the Wilson Ultra 100 (2025) (max 2 demos per order).

   • If available, it will be shipped immediately.

   • If currently with another customer, we’ll notify you of the expected shipping date.

2. Test the Racket:

   • Enjoy using the demo! Handle with care—avoid hitting hard surfaces or using it in competitive matches.

3. Return the Racket:

   • Send it back to our Gullane store (1 East Links Road, Gullane, EH31 2AF) within 5 days.

4. After Demo’ing:

   • If you purchase a racket and return the demo on time and in good condition, your £10 demo fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

   • Damaged or late returns forfeit the demo fee.

Alternative 5-Minute Test Option:

• Purchase directly and test briefly (5 minutes) with the handle plastic intact.

• Unsatisfied? Exchange for another racket as long as it’s returned complete, unmarked, and in original condition (minor ball fluff on strings is acceptable).
