Welcome to the Gannon Sports Demo Racket Service! Choosing the right tennis racket can be tricky, so we make it easy to test before you buy.

Important Note:
This item is for demonstration purposes only and must be returned within 5 days of receipt.

How It Works:

1. Order Your Demo Racket(s):

   • Choose the racket you want to try (max 2 at a time).

   • If available, we’ll ship immediately.

   • If currently with another customer, we’ll inform you of the expected shipping date.

2. Test the Racket:

   • Enjoy testing your demo! Please handle with care—avoid hitting the racket against hard surfaces or using it in competitive play.

3. Return the Racket:

   • Send the demo back to our Gullane store (1 East Links Road, Gullane, EH31 2AF) within 5 days. This ensures other customers can try it too.

4. After Demo’ing:

   • If you order a new racket and return the demo on time and in good condition, your £10 demo fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

   • If the demo is damaged or not returned, the £10 fee is forfeited.

Alternative 5-Minute Test Option:

• If you’re confident in your choice, you can purchase directly.

• Test briefly (around 5 minutes) with the handle plastic intact.

• If unsatisfied, you can exchange the racket for an alternative as long as it is returned with all packaging, unmarked, and in original condition (minor ball fluff on strings is acceptable).
